Virtual Book Art Basics (and Not So Basics!) with Dave DiMarchi via Zoom

Learn the ins and outs of making your own professionally-bound journals, sketchbooks and albums. In this workshop, artists will explore bookbinding techniques to introduce bookmaking into their artistic practice—even newcomers will learn the basics (and not so basics) of book arts. We’ll work with high-quality materials, easy-to-master skills, and step-by-step processes towards creating a variety of handmade books. No experience necessary, beginners encouraged!
Please remember that this workshop is online in four 2 and 1/2 hour sessions via zoom. Each student is responsible for getting the materials before the class. We will send you a materials list at signup.
